We are excited to announce our participation at NGPX 2017 this week in San Diego, CA. Our Founder and CEO, Gautam Mahtani, will be presenting along with a panel including our COO, Kristin Bertrand, Phil Fegan, experienced CIO of leading healthcare organizations and Claudine Cangiano, Senior Director, Northwell Health. They will be presenting on Day 2, Track A – Measurement and Design at 1:20 PM.

The title of the talk is the Power of Patient Feedback. Capturing the voice of the patient helps give patients control over their experience and can improve provider performance. Patient feedback can be acted upon in real time, before the opportunity to resolve the issue is lost. This session will focus on how to collect and use patient feedback to gain actionable insights, uncover trends, and improve patient satisfaction. The talk will include the following learning points:

  • Cross-continuum engagement and how to give patients a voice at all points of care
  • Machine Learning and how to empower staff to anticipate concerns
  • Closing-the-loop and how to use patient feedback to build trust and loyalty
